Ingredients
Milk Solids, Thickener (1442), Salt, Maltodextrin, Cheese Powder (3%) (Milk), Stabilisers (341, 412), Flavours (Milk), Food Acids (330, 270), Colours (160b, Turmeric Extract), Emulsifier (322 Soy).
How to Use:
Pour 4 liters of hot water (minimum 80°C) into a food-grade mixing bucket or other mixing container suitable for preparing food. Open a 1 kg bag of cheese sauce powder mix and pour into the hot water while mixing with a wire whisk. Keep mixing for about 30 - 60 seconds or until all the mix has dissolved, and sauce starts to thicken up. Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Once prepared cheese sauce should be kept stored above 60°C and stirred occasionally or chilled immediately. NOTE: Utensils used for preparing cheese sauce mixes must not be used to prepare or store other food products.
