Ingredients
Milk Solids, Sugar, Glucose Syrup Solids, Maltodextrin, Vegetable Fat, Stabilisers (466, 412, 407, 340, 452), Emulsifiers (322 Soy, 471, 472e), Flavour, Salt, Anti-caking Agent (551).
Mixing Instructions for Soft Serve Ice Cream
Pour 3.5 litres of cool, clean drinking water into a food-grade mixing container. Add a 1.5kg bag of Classic Vanilla Soft Serve Powder Base into the water while mixing with a wire whisk, until all sugar has dissolved. Allow to stand for 10 minutes then whisk vigorously before pouring into the soft serve machine to freeze.
