Cane Sugar, Cocoa (min 30%), Tapioca, Sea Salt.
SHOTT also produce an extensive range of coffee syrups and fruit syrups. The benefit of these syrups is two fold; made with real ingredients and you'll use less per serve due to it's flavour intensity. These syrups also come in a nice looking 1Lltr bottle that should be retailed on your cafe shelf, it's a great way to make some extra money and keep an eye on your stock!!!
